Authoring (DVD authoring)

This is the term used to describe the process of constructing a bespoke DVDvideo with customised menus and navigation for the content (an interface). It also may involve the addition of other forms of media, computer based material (DVDrom content), other audio tracks such as translations, or in vision sub-titles.
